Select any three and using appropriate professional articles, prepare a post that addresses the following: Analyze the pros and cons of each model. Describe under what conditions (nature of job, employee, skill level, et cetera) each of these models would be most effective. Two excellent sources of external training programs are university and technical college courses and professional seminars. Professional organizations like the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) offer a variety of high-quality programs for employee development. Identify one organization (not listed above) and describe the types of training courses they offer and how they could be used to develop employees in an organizational environment.
